You're right, of course. Still, what drives a 13-year old to kill himself so publicly? "I'll show you. You'll miss me when I'm gone" Or something. And how does a 13-year old get a gun? His parents will suffer for the rest of their lives.

Spouse was a social worker for many years; has some amazing stories.

One was about a mother who had a daughter named (phonetically) fuh-MAH-lee. "Oh, that's an interesting name...where does it come from?"

-- "that's what they named her in the hospital....baby girl fuh-MAH-lee."

shows birth certificate, which reads "Baby girl, female"

And then she got in her husband's Ford Fiso and went to the mechanic for a 28 oz 710 cap for her Datsun.
