This was a kid that I went to HS with... He was your typical "All-Star" caliber jock... Slacked off and screwed around in school because his parents would always bail him out of trouble... I mean, we couldn't have our star QB/Basketball player get in any trouble... Cocky and arrogant as hell...

I'd love to see how your parents bail you out of this one, Ross...

As sad as it is, that was my first thought, also. I feel really guilty about that. I mean, has it come to the point where you see a parent murdering their kids, and then the pet, and you ask, "The DOG? Why the dog?!" It's horrible.

Chicago car salesman fired for wearing Packers tie.

AK LAWN, Ill. — A car salesman in suburban Chicago has been fired for refusing to remove a Green Bay Packers tie that he wore to work the day after the Packers beat the Chicago Bears to advance to the Super Bowl.

John Stone says he wore the Packers tie to work Monday at Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn to honor his late grandmother, who was a big Green Bay fan.

The sentimental gesture did not impress his boss, Jerry Roberts.

Roberts says the dealership has done promotions involving the Bears and he was afraid the tie could alienate the team's fans and make it harder to sell cars.

Roberts adds that Stone was offered five chances to take off the tie but he refused.

Well, she's 30. She has one sister who has a kid and is in a "long-term committed relationship", and another who is married. She's probably getting desperate.
