Oh, I know, but with today's viral news and such, some things aren't worth fighting against, due to court costs, so many times a company will quietly settle things, especially in cases such as this (no matter how despicable).

You can probably go back to CNN's "Crossfire" to mark the beginning of this current era. "Crossfire" begat O'Reily and Olbermann, et al. Personally, I view that stuff like peanut brittle, once in a while, but not a steady diet.

The problem with Sharpton is not what he is--everyone KNOWS what he is (race pimp), it's the treatment he gets from the MSM, who act like he's Ralph Bunche. After the disgusting scenario that was Tawana Brawley, one of Sharpton's pals quoted Al as saying he wanted to be "the baddest N in New York City." Exactly.

Woman charged after allegedly throwing toddler 6 stories off shopping mall walkway in Va.

McLEAN, Va. - A toddler has died after police say she was thrown six stories off a shopping mall walkway in Virginia by a woman believed to be her grandmother.

Police said the 2 1/2-year-old girl fell Monday night from a walkway that links the mall to a parking garage at Tysons Corner Center. The girl was taken to a hospital where she later died.

Fairfax County police spokeswoman Tawny Wright said 50-year-old Carmela Dela Rosa of Fairfax was arrested and charged with aggravated malicious wounding. Wright said the charge will be amended to murder now that the girl, Angelyn Ogdoc, has died.

Wright said the toddler and Dela Rosa were leaving the mall with family when Dela Rosa allegedly picked the girl up and threw her off the walkway.

So we had some clown handing out flyers with that on them today in the parking lot at Dick's.... Apparently if you say "Christmas" you offend people... If you call it the "Holiday" season, you offend other people... I'm lost :confused::confused::confused:

I say abortions for some, and miniature American Flags for others :p

This is a cheap shot by Rev. Wildman. What police call selective enforcement. The vast majority of national commercials I've seen this year do not mention Christmas. Instead, they cram as many secular images as possible in them, hoping the message gets through. Personally, I'd like to see advertisers use the C-word, but Dick's (along with just about everyone else) has made a business decision not to. Donald Wildman has some sort of agenda here,trying to punish Dick's, when most other retailers are committing the same offense.

He didn't. He got it from a flyer that probably got handed to him while at work, since he, you know, works at Dick's. He posted the link so we could see what it said without him having to retype it.

People who get offended because someone says it's the Holiday/Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa season are all morons. Let the person call it what they want. It's got the same friendly connotation behind it.

right after i read this yesterday, i saw a dick's commericial that says christmas at the end
