We can appreciate other cultures without forgetting that this is America, which incidentally has nothing to do with race but rather nationality. Remember the demonstrations in LA a couple of years ago that featured thousands of illegals carrying the flag of Mexico? Kinda sent the wrong message. So the pinkos running the "spontaneous" demonstrations put the word out to start carrying Old Glory instead. This "superintendent" should be fired, as insultingly as possible and as soon as possible.

You know what would be hilarious? Imagine if I went to a Hispanic grocery store, with a German, Austrian or Norwegian flag draped around my shoulders. I start getting whiny and indignant because they don't carry sauerkraut, brats, pickled herring, cured salmon or whatever. Then when the shopkeeper gets (rightfully) annoyed by my behavior, I start cursing at him in German or Norwegian, and ask him why he hates me because of my heritage.

The irony would be so thick, you couldn't cut it with a knife.

You know, that's when you go to the guards, find out who are the biggest, baddest dudes in the joint, that ideally, are already in for life. Go visit those guys a little, see if they want anything special from the outside that's fairly easy to bring in, and see if they would like to take care of the problem. Since the suit was handwritten, making the idiot eat his own fingers would be a good way to take care of the problem of him filing a frivolous suit.

Technically speaking, you're in a state that is an at-will employer and they don't even need a reason to fire your *** (more complicated than that, but I don't feel like getting into it)
