There are many entities with the same name. Trademark law is certainly complicated, but as long as you can show there is no overlap in your business, you usually get away with it.
Remember the whole Apple saga and how the Apple music label tried to stop the computer company from using the name Apple? They came up with an agreement that Apple computers would never get involved with music. So, it was allowed. Then of course, Apple computers started up iTunes, and back to the courts it went....
