So you are suggesting that prominent Russian athletes that are buddies with Vlad would have no impact on his position on the war? They should stay in their lanes?

Protesting your own government is never pointless.

We're there Iraqi athletes participating in US sports at the time?

I'm a little hazy on it, but I thought I recall Serbian NBA stars being asked about their homeland in the '90s.

And i'm pretty sure Afghani athletes were asked about their homeland too.


Not asking Ovechkin about Putin sounds about white.
