He gets an F on coach hires. His Iowa situation is so screwed up he already fired the coach there. He can't fire the coach here cause he's got two years left on his contract and the owner is already bleeding money paying for players that play somewhere else.

The next two years are going to be worse. Much worse. They'll probably continue to win games though. Only to fall apart when in 3 years they blow the bank on the most worthless free agents available (i.e. Parise and Suter equivalents all over again).

Remember when Parise and Suter were signed here the farm system was stacked.
