NHL GMs to recommend 3-on-3 OT to the PA, competition committee. They like the AHL model (7 minutes, half 4x4, half 3x3), but a simple 5 minutes of 3x3 or some other model is possible.

NHL GMs to recommend a coach's challenge for goaltender interference. Review would be performed by refs on ice in conjunction with war room in Toronto.

Maybe they could add a couple pucks as well. Perhaps a new one could be added at one minute intervals.

I like scratching Mueller and Tarasov (who was just called up) so guys like Hannan and Scott can play. And Mike Brown might be back soon, so we can scratch another young kid who could actually help the team. My only hope for this season is we can beat LA on the last game of the season and it prevents them from getting into the playoffs. But with Calgary's luck running out, that's just not going to happen.

Why is it the scoreboard shows the penalty time, yet the TV broadcast shows the power play time?

Leafs lose to the Hamburgler, and hit another milestone low. :(

Has the Maple Leafs’ historic run of ineptitude hit another low, one that’s gone beyond the black hole of the team’s recent performance?

For the first time in what is believed to be more than four decades, a regular-season Leafs game on a Saturday night did not air on the CBC telecast.

You know it's bad when even CBC won't force-feed the Leafs to the rest of Canada.

:D I was on the opposite side of the ice for that goal. The Blues wouldn't leave the ice at first and Backes was b*tching to the referee about it.
