So not having any experience on the matter, I'd have to think a guy of his wealth wouldn't have to pay for it ever, and if he did he could have it arranged in a way to be a bit more secure. Like professional escorts or something?

In light of today's news about Patriots owner Robert Kraft, it's important to remember that owners are subject to the NFL's personal conduct policy. In fact, the policy states that "ownership and club or league management have traditionally been held to a higher standard and will be subject to more significant discipline when violations of the Personal Conduct Policy occur."

The money is not for the sex, it's for the discretion. Wealthy men "pay for it" as a rule.

The surprise here is he's apparently so stupid and cheap that he went to a strip mall and more importantly didn't pay off the cops.
