It doesn't sound very promising that they'll be back from a couple of the things I've read.

XFL 2020-2020

Somehow the UFL lasted longer than either with far less publicity. Though it's hard to fault the XFL this time around.

I gotta say. Every day without pro sports is making it less likely I will ever go back to pro sports. I just do not miss it. Anything about it.

Given how the Lions are run (poorly), I would say the odds are high. If Tampa wants the #3 pick, I'm sure an arrangement that includes Amendola can be made. Maybe the Lions can get Winston- so we can have another highly regarded QB failure.
