This thing is done now. The only thing that can save the Packers is if the 49ers all of a sudden get incredibly stupid.

Which is almost impossible to do. Big comebacks usually happen when a team is successful on the pass and tries to go conservative and kill clock with the run.

The Niners are dominating AND killing the clock. I can’t recall the last time there was a run game this dominant that was solely built around the running backs. Henry was great the last few games but his stats were aided by a couple large runs. Mostert is literally getting 15 yards a carry, every carry.

Agreed, Kyle Shanahan would never completely abandon the run with a big lead while averaging ~6 yards per carry in a big game.

Mahomes is SICK, but SF's D is also very sick. Should be interesting to watch. I hope so, anyway. That Mahomes TD run on Sunday, EVERYONE at the local watering hole (even the one SF fan) was DROP MIC "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN."

This is like the first Super Bowl in memory where I'm not rooting for a team (Patriots) or rooting against one (whoever Peyton Manning was playing for). Might be the last time SF made it against Baltimore where I didn't really care either way. Having said that wouldn't mind seeing the Chiefs win.

I wouldn't hate seeing SF win it, but I will definitely be watching in hopes that KC will.

I'll root for KC, but primarily for the organization itself and its fans. Pretty loyal following, and 50 years is a long time to wait after playing in two of the first four Super Bowls. I like Mahomes and he's great fun to watch, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I'll always cheer for that player.

As an aside, I was looking back at some stuff from the 1970 Super Bowl, the last time that KC was there, played in old Tulane Stadium in New Orleans. The halftime show (which I don't remember) was apparently a "re-enactment" of the Battle of New Orleans." W T F?
