Re: NFL 2009 Thread #2

Gore* and Benson aren't doing right by me today so far.

(* it would help if SF could hang on to the **** ball)

Re: NFL 2009 Thread #2

Down by 5, I still have ARodg, Mendenhall, and McCoy today and Steve Smith tomorrow. He has AP. In other words, it's gonna be tough. I did love ARodg running in that last one. That was huge. :)

OTOH his one-legged stool is very vulnerable. Chris Johnson only got 103 yards, 1 fumble, no TDs today for my opponent. That really screwed him -- CJ was 40% off his usual pts.

I didn't start Barber and Benson hasn't done jack. I also didn't start Chambers and neither Ward nor Meacham has/had done anything either. Now watch Sidney Rice blow up tonight and it will be another miss.

Re: NFL 2009 Thread #2

Gore breaks a 37-yard gain, ESPN adds it, then drops it, there was no penalty and the sticks moved to the new location. Wha--?

Re: NFL 2009 Thread #2

And the Packers go for two after a touchdown, which is pointless.

Did someone turn the game off and put a Madden game in?

Re: NFL 2009 Thread #2

funny, but this could work out now.

i have GB +1.5, so if the stillers score now and win 37-36 -- guess who's happy?:D

Doesn't matter if you're up by 4 or 5, but it may matter if you're up by 6.

Up by 11 now, so AP can get a td and 150 yds, and we'd tie, I have the tiebreaker (bench points; yay for me being smart this week and picking up two extra kickers).
