I'll let you know. Buddy of mine just got back from Seattle a few weeks ago, and my work has me crossing paths often with people who have to travel over Dartmouth way or up to Grafton county, the two areas of outbreak so far here in NH.

They have no idea why. I read an interesting article proposing all sorts of theories why children aren't being hit with this, but nothing is proven yet. Even young healthy adults are virtually completely safe from this, apparently. It's the elderly and those with pre-condition health issues (and smokers) who are get hammered with it.

So apparently some guy at onboarding at my company yesterday said something about not shaking hands because he has Coronavirus. Before he could clarify that it was a joke, they cleared the building and called in our medical response team.

Helluva first day on the job!

I missed it - flew MLB-ATL-LAX on Tuesday. Airports seemed about normal to me - will be interesting to see how different it is when I return on Friday.

Remember the strain the airlines were feeling on capacity because of 737Max? I think they’re in good shape now...

I am more than thankful that I am out of that. I live in a State that is responding in an intelligent manner but the lack of national info, guidance means they are reinventing the wheel. There is no clear process for what to do if you are questioning because the whole testing process is in a completely chaotic state. They are trying to build a response while inundated. I cannot express the frustration I feel about this. The Orange Menace is singlehandedly making it possible to increase the rate of fatalities, disruption to infrastructure and deluge the health system. I am not creative enough to think of what I wish on this a55hole. Currently we have people in the next town under quarantine d/t traveling on a plane with a case of Covfefe-19 and a probable case in the local hospital.

mr les is on the first line because his is the first place athletes go if they have a problem. These athletes are international and also travel a lot. Friends are working in the Unit. I want the ba5tards who are minimizing this to die off- hopefully after spending some time on a respirator in the Unit and infecting the rest of the cancerous base- so that we can have a competent response. No, not everyone is going to die but the folks on the front lines are at way higher risk and they can't just avoid public spaces
