NCAA Quarterfinal: Elmira @ Norwich Saturday 3/13

Re: NCAA Quarterfinal: Elmira @ Norwich Saturday 3/13

He outplayed his counterpart (Klingensmith), who will likely be the 1st team AA goalie. Granted, Klinger didn't have many opportunities to make saves because of Norwich's clear domination of the game, but to me I wasn't impressed. Nor was I when I saw him his freshman year in Oswego in the Quarterfinals.

If you saw Klingensmith play in the Quarterfinals in Oswego you have a remarkable memory or perhaps you were unimpressed with how he sat on the bench!!!!!!!

The last three are superb recapture of overtime goal. Nicely taken.

Re: NCAA Quarterfinal: Elmira @ Norwich Saturday 3/13

I thuoght the Norwich fans I met were anything but hostile. They seem to be very friendly and knowledgable about hockey. It's a fun place to watch a game. The metal roof acoustics make it sound loud in there.
I wish NU luck Friday. I will be there probably rooting for a Norwich-Oswego final. These will be great games as you have 4 of the 5 best teams in the country.

yes, totally agree. A great bunch of fans here at Norwich. As I wore my purple, they were fun to be around with. Great conversations during the intermissions, and very respectable during the entire game. Box 5 !!

An exciting final 4 coming !

Here is a site you can find the highlights of all three goals, but you have to search a little bit to get it...

Re: NCAA Quarterfinal: Elmira @ Norwich Saturday 3/13

Last thought:

I won't mention names but a certain PLATTSBURGH fan that just so happened to travel with me up to the game mentioned the word shutout with about 2 minutes to go in the game...

This in tune to last week when a certain RIT fan started chanting its all over with 8 seconds left in a one goal game...

Two more examples of why EVERYTHING is always Plattsburgh's and RIT's fault.

Now wait a minute here :D . You're saying that fans actions and words have an impact on the outcomes of games. Yet the previous weekend when I made reference to the bad "juju" you gave Elmira with the way you named the scoring thread, you bit my head off and insisted that I didn't have a clue. So which one is it? Do fans words and actions have an impact on the outcome of a game or not?? (In my best Ricky Ricardo voice) Lucy, you have some splainin' to do! :D

Given that (I understand) I was sitting in front of you, thank you. Besides the metal roof, we also have the worst sound system in D3! I'll be rooting for the same final

Reminds me of Charlie Brown's teacher speaking to class ...
