NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Re: NBA 2010-11: KobeJesus vs. the LeBronathon

Dan Gilbert actually had a lot to do with it. You should read his letter he sent to David Stern. Its hilarious.

Chris Broussard actually said while I was flipping through the channels that the league is basically trying to contract New Orleans.

If he and all these other small market owners didn't want to have this exodus to 5 cities continue, they needed to burn a season to force the changes in the system. Pansies.

It would be disappointing if the league lets CP walk at the end of the season instead of letting New Orleans get trade value for him. It would prove they have no interest in NO as a franchise, or really any franchise not named Lakers, Celtics, Knicks.

Dwight Howard has asked to be traded to...wait for it. The New Jersey Nets

Stern's a better GM than half the league. That Clippers deal is light years better than adding $20+ million to the Hornets' books for a bunch of old guys.

I guess we don't need a separate thread for the shortened 2011-2012 season. :p

The lowly Bucks have beaten the Miami Heat twice this year (wait... what?).

One of the more interesting storylines in Milwaukee is the saga of Stephen Jackson, who seems to spend more time on the bench than on the floor. Apparently he's bad for team chemistry. Who knew?!?!?

edit: I just checked the standings, and at one game below .500, the Bucks currently have the final playoff spot in the East. huh.
