Yes, but the offensive foul on Pierce - and the fact that ****wagons at ESPN weren't questioning it all - was garbage. They need to stop reverting to jump shots at the end of games.

nice to see the c's finally get a win, albeit against the wiz. tony allen is really impressing me of late, both offensively and defensively (trade bait?). latest rumors are either allen, scal, or giddens (though he just got hurt) along with ray allen to chicago for hinrich, tyrus thomas, and another player.

only caught the 4th quarter of the c's game today....shouldn't be that close in a game against the nets, i don't care if the third-stringers of walker, giddens, williams, and scal are in. whatever, a win is a win. this team is still trying to get through injuries and figure out who they are.

Anyone nervous for this west coast trip? I know I am. The way the Celtics backed into the all star game scares me but they did get a little bit of rest so we'll see.

Toronto's schedule is like PC's out of Hockey East.

George Karl fighting neck and throat cancer, and will miss atleast a few games while he undergoes aggressive radiation and chemo.

Can we just skip the rest of the season and the endless playoffs and have the Cavs and Lakers square off now?

Cavs epic failed last year. Utah is pretty good. Who knows? Conference Championships should be entertaining at least if you like NBA B-ball. Bleeeeeeech. :p :D

If we could infuse the Celtics with PC's work ethic, we'd be great.

If we could infuse PC with the Celtics work ethic, they'd still be in last place.

I dont like the deal at all. We gave up two players who are going to be replacing some of the big three, especially Bill Walker for Pierce and JR is going to be a decent scorer with his size and athleticism. I am sad to see Eddie go who was a spark off the bench. We'll see but I think we gave up to much not to improve our team that much.

Rodney Stuckey collapsed and had a seizure at Cleveland. He's at a hospital there.
