A just to clarify when I said locked up, I guess I what meant was in trouble. I didn't know you read my posts literally word for word. Ok, so settle the f down. I didn't mean anything about him going to jail. But he is in trouble. Thats all i meant.

He is currently in trouble, yes.

And geez, I am sorry if I see the words "one guy is getting locked up" I think that that is a fact. Oh, he isn't currently locked up. Just a small detail. :p

I am just pointing out that the alleged offender may or may not be guilty. Lemme go to the extreme, and point out a different "criminal" story: The Duke Lacrosse case. Yeah. Allegedly open-and-shut, right? Whoops.

I think it would be very, very ignorant, for any person, to think that a tap or bump would have this outcome. So its obvious you are just trying to be a cynical *****. Which, is fine, that's what you do.

Yeah, he posted bail. Oh wait, the media reported that. Probably not true. Good thing I know every body on the United States Supreme Court so I know that.

It could happen. We don't know. I could flick an ear with my finger, and somehow break a blood vessel which could get infected and eventually affect blood pressure on the skull. Unlikely? Oh hell yes. Possible? I guess, sure.

I'm just merely pointing out that you seemed to have jumped to the conclusion that this guy is guilty as hell, and he's going to be locked up, before you, or any of us, know the facts.

I don't think that is an unfair accusation.
