You really are trying to define the toughness of a player that's not won a fight against anyone but the Wisconsin mascot? And those two were separated before anything could possibly have happened. The good news is I'm positive you'd be hailed a champ at ss.com.

Seriously Brent, you know that guy doesn't represent us. I was talking to my dad last night on the drive home how Frank will often say something just asinine, like how that obvious Gopher penalty wasn't legit and Doug will be like "No Frank, that's a good call." Doug is a great hockey mind and brings something good to that broadcast.

I'll take a 3 point weekend that early on anytime with our rivals. :)

Speaking of credibility, I guess I'm a little curious if any of you guys actually played hockey? Cause if I had to guess, I would say no. But anyway, let's here it. (Oh yeah, NHL games on Xbox don't count.)

Who cares if someone has played hockey or not? You can still learn the game, and be knowledgable about the game, without playing it. You watch the game long enough, break down certain things during and after the game, etc etc.

Hold on, I'll get you some more straws to grab for.

Ha. That's awesome. Yeah, hey, you really just upped your "credibility." I always listen to guys who have no ****ing experience playing the game. Hey, let me let you in on a litle secret. You don't know **** about the game. You might think you do, but you don't. Sorry, thats just the way it is. In fact, let me see what a guy like you, who has never played hockey, thought about the game lat night. Tell me something insightful about the game last night. Something in depth only a avid non-playing hockey fan could pick out. Let's hear something really smart.

Because one has not played the game, one can never learn the game. Yeah. Got it. Man, you are one ignorant person.


MN's passing was not as crisp as in years past. Their defense let UND's players walk in too many times, which left Patterson hang out to dry (much like Friday night). Also, MN's PP unit was pathetic, and frankly they would have been better off just declining the penalty and playing even strength. Finally, if UND's freshmen can keep an even keel, they'll only get better as they gel and mature, since they looked awfully good this weekend.

I'm out though. At one time I thought I was arguing with somebody who knew something about this sport. I have been proved wrong.

I'm no genius. But I know about hockey.

Using your reasoning, I know nothing about the weather because I'm not a meteoroligist. I know nothing about religion because I'm not God/Allah/Buddha/Dahli Lama. I know nothing about football, because I've never played.

This has really been an eye-opener.

MN's passing was awesome, never missing a single connection, and their PP was stellar when they scored on all those PP opportunities this weekend. UND's freshman should spend some more time in the USHL as they've yet to ripen.

Does that jive with what you were thinking?


I've played a lot of hockey in my life. Will my views be deigned by you as being valid?

I have contacted your cousin Dion and he will be coming to return you to the rest of the herd shortly. He is busy Tuesday but then has nothing until Saturday so he'll take care of it then. The rest of the Missing Links are very unhappy with you. They are not going to let you play with the Michelle Bachmann action figure you enjoy so much when you return to Thunder Island.
