Matt Cain is perfecto!!! Against the Astros, but remarkable. This season has been unreal for pitching feats, and we aren't even to the All Star break yet!

Not sure if this has been discussed, but I LOVE the O's retro caps.

Saturday night, the White Sox and the Dodgers (in LA) are on MLB Network as well as WGN.

Please, for the love of god MLB, carry the Dodgers feed. Even if it isn't Vin. I beg you.

Just sent them a Tweet begging for the Dodgers feed. There is no way in hell I'm listening to the White Sox feed.

Not fans of Hawk Harrelson? :D

Being a fan of neither Chicago team while living here, I get to hear them as often as I want to when I watch teams play against the Cubs and Sox. Tigers games against the White Sox are quite epic, especially this season as it seems that Hawk has taken on more of Ozzie Guillen's craziness since he left town.

He's a passionate fan calling the game. We all have homer announcers (Jack Edwards with the Bruins anyone?), but Hawk's fandom shines through more than any other team's "homer" play-by-play guy.

Sadly, this soundboard is missing his moments of total silence when the Sox are getting blown out. :D

He's not a homer. He's flat-out unprofessional.

Third Blue Jays starter injured in the past four games. Talk about being snake bitten! :(

Just nine pitches into the game, Drew Hutchison was forced to leave with soreness in his right elbow following a 1-1 pitch to Hunter Pence in the opening inning.

If you’re a Jays fan, at this point you don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

That’s three starters injured in their last four games.

On the heels of a strained left oblique that will knock Brandon Morrow out of the rotation four-to-six weeks, at best, came the depressing news Friday that Kyle Drabek has a ligament tear in his right elbow.

Drabek will be traveling on Monday to see Dr. James Andrews and in all likelihood will require his second Tommy John surgery, putting an end to this season and at least half of the next. The hope is that will not be the case, but all signs point to the right-hander requiring surgery.

Now, you can add Hutchison, Toronto's No. 4 starter, to the casualty list.

Ichiro is at 2,500 hits. No doubt he can play 3-4 more seasons and break 3,000. If he stays on his near 200 hit/yr pace it'll be only 2 more years.
