HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH HOLY ******ING SH*T. HAHAHAHAHAHA. What a collapse.

Glad to see that you are a Yankees fan. :P

Seriously, yeah Boston fans (many of them, but not all) suck. But you probably just killed the best chance to kill the Yankees in the playoffs. Even YANKEES fans didn't want to face Boston. They have the more "explosive" lineup, one that CAN snap out of a funk. They WANTED TB to be in the playoffs.

I'm just sayin'.

Also, I'm gonna laugh my arse off if TB ends up the AL Champs by beating the Yanks.

Oh well. Wait 'till next year.

Maybe Clarkson will win an NCAA title.
Maybe the Caps will win the Stanley Cup.

But...
Things are back to normal. Order has been restored to the universe.
Red Sox choke, Clarkson will break my heart (again!), and the Caps will el foldo when you least expect it.

Not a yankees fan. Just hate the Red Sox.

Many of the fans? How about 95% of their fan suck?

No, they aren't the best chance to beat the Yankees. The Red Sox would have been swept out of the playoffs. Their collapse was bigger than that of the Twins over August and September.

Re: MLB 2011 Part 1

If I'm the Yankees, where do I want to potentially play the ALCS? Tampa, where half the fans may be retired New Yorkers, rooting for the Yankees? Or Boston, dealing with a bunch of Mark Wahlberg wannabees, spitting on my wife? I think Proctor grooved Longoria one.

I doubt it. But if he did, good for him. I would have done the same thing.

Big picture. The Sox have the lineup to POTENTIALLY blow up. Yanks fans (and apparently the Yanks) think TB doesn't have that potentially explosive lineup. They think TB is nickel-and-dime stuff, and not "worthy" of facing them. I'm serious. I asked a few friends about it, and every one hoped that the Yanks would tank the TB series so TB made it.
