Yeah he’s still here, he has twins for sure as I’ve seen them recently out at local eatery

another former whioux player knocked down a lovely house in my hood, built a monstrosity and never moved in and now it’s listed for like 5M

Allegedly- I cannot prove it- rumor is dude was not happy the country club the house is on would not bump him up the waiting list. Who knows but a shame a house was torn down. A lot of money and time went into it, to now sit empty. Looking today, it’s not for sale at moment. Maybe he pulled it off

Most homes in this hood are around 2M, rarely see anything above 3 so this one sticks out.

Isn’t Minikahda completely within MPLS? Regardless, I’ll guess Braemar with the earlier talk about the Wild doing outdoor stuff nearby.

I mean I don’t really care if people know the neighborhood, there’s tons of people who live here.

there’s another very expensive golf club in Edina that’s not Braemar. When the wild players skate in the area it’s nothing official, like literally a pick up game with their wives and such
 
Temps here in Bangkok have been relatively mild. 88F as of 11 a.m. with a predicted high of 91 and a low of 76. We've been seeing predicted highs of 94/95 for the past several days and fortunately it hasn't happened yet. When we get to the beach on Monday I'll care quite a bit less.

88 in tropical humidity is not mild. Doesn't matter how relative you're being. :-p

No shit. My favorite part of the story was the colossal stupidity it took to stage a rescue in a canoe and somehow four people managed to fall in.

you idiots. You complete idiots. A canoe is literally the dumbest way to rescue someone on the water.
 
Blizzard warning where I am in Idaho. Got into work ok as we haven't gotten the worse of it yet. But definitely leaving early. Maybe 45 minutes north of us, every north/south road is closed due to drifting snow. Wind will die down this evening but then tomorrow we are forecast for another round of snow. Winter finally hitting us and playing catch up after an abnormally warm and dry December.
 
Storm was a dud here in my neck of the Chicago area (although this was also a storm where 30-40 miles made a HUGE difference).

Got about 4-5' of Slurpee Snow this morning followed by about 4-5 hours of steady drizzle that just tapered off about 5pm. Now the wind is picking up and temps are gonna drop like a rock. There also is no snow on the backside of this system. Something that was predicted to be an additional 2-4".

Only thing that is gonna suck is practically everything is wet from the rain. Temps will continuously fall for the next 36 hours until we hit a low on Sunday morning of about -5*F. This is gonna be a total B____ with the standing water everywhere. Like I hope that I can open my car doors when I go to work tomorrow AM.

And then we go into the freezer for at least 8-10 days. Not a hint of temps above 25*F for highs.
