But his hair IS real.

I do a pretty good, "Well Bert, we're live!"

His hair is fine. It's his voice.

Now, Kevin Gorg's eyebrows on the other hand....they are freaky.

Yeah, his voice is annoying. Plus all I can think of now when he calls hockey is how he keeps repeating the history and tradition of Minnesota hockey. I don't need it drilled into my head 10 times a period! You need to join the Anthony LaPanta is a ****** bag group on Facebook.

Did I just hear Robbie call their post game show the best post game show ever? Can't the Twins create a cable network for their games and get rid of some of these people?!?

They tried to. How'd that work out for them?

Beat me to it. :D

And brain, I don't join groups on FB, I don't like groups on FB, I hate anything besides photos, status comments, and messaging on FB.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

Um... Micheal Cuddyer is playing 2nd base tonight. Yup.

Potentially wicked lineup for the Mariners to deal with, though: Thome, Kubes, Cuddy and Young. Their pitching has been pretty good, though, so there is that.

Too bad Cuddy's scared of playing in the infield. I don't buy his "I don't want to play 3rd because it pressures me to hit for power" excuse. Ask Nicky about that

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

Is anybody following the game tonight on ESPN Gamecast? Doesn't seem to be working.

Could be just me (Old computer; Windows XP)

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

I don't think that grounder that took an awful hop and nailed him in the shoulder is going to reduce his fear much.

Even as a pro, that kinda bounce might stick with you for the rest of the series (how do I play this grounder? How about this one? Or this one?).

Those bounces are never, ever, fun. And if it's an opposite field hit, the odd bounce is even odder, due to the spin on it.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

I think he's writing the Thank You For That Pitch card in the dugout.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

So that is what happens when a sinker ball pitcher's pitches don't sink. Good to know.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: Part II - The Franchise Strikes Back

And the late inning zombie Twins have shown up. Somebody forgot to tell them they need to have a lead before disappearing at the plate.
