1 point off on the goal prediction, otherwise you're golden. Too many penalties, too little offense, no comeback ability, slaughtered on faceoffs, PP sucked, didn't go to the net...there you have it. The Gophers haven't solved the consistency problem. Highlight: Kent Patterson had a good weekend and at least Friday was good for 2 points.

If you would have told me that this series was going to be a split, I would have been overjoyed. Now, if you would have told me that this morning, I would have felt a little disappointed.
I'll take it, but was not pleased with tonight's performance. Good series, UND.
And yes, what a dive in the first period. JFC, that made a Greg Louganis dive look like Dirty trying to to a Triple Lindy.

To be fair, once UND had the two goal lead, they probably said **** it because MN was going through the motions. It's a long season, so why waste energy against an opponent that has already given up?

How wonderfully gutless.
Congrats to the Sioux for the win. They were able to play about 10-15 minutes less of ugly hockey than the Gophers and deserved the win. Was really disappointed the Gophers didn't do more to try and at least get 3 points and fans have to wonder when the Jekyll and Hyde bit will go away.
