No, you can't do that to our pledges, only we can do that to our pledges.

And speaking of pledges, if any of you Sparties still think you'll get spit on, come on out to the south end of the building in between periods. We'll see if you will back your smack. :D Maybe we can talk about how this is only the second best hockey rivalry in D1 college hockey.

I don't know the record of the Minn/Wis series the past 20 years, but I would guess that Minn has the upper hand (up until the last two seasons.)

Still, both of those teams have NC's in their pocket. It's a good argument for them. Michigan has a 11-7-7 record against MSU in the past five seasons. MSU has a recent NC. All four teams are Big Ten rivals and compete in the CHS. All four teams use to be WCHA rivals. It's almost a push.

Based on bias, and absolute hatred, I'm more likely to judge ours as being better right now. But, if you go back in time, Wisconsin and Minnesota have actually sustained themselves better at the same time (like in the 70's, 80's etc.) than our rivalry. That usually makes for better fodder between fans and makes the stakes a little higher nationally.

If it's only a 2 min penalty, and not a 10min misconduct, I'm ok with that.

And HOW would anyone mis-spell Kip? cep? quep? It's 3 letters. I never even saw him play, and can't figure out how to mis-spell it.

Do note- that this means OUTSIDE. Where the smokers are. Sometimes, there is also a small gathering of board people. With the bored smokers.

If you can't tell north from south- this means the end that the team with the ugly green jersies will be coming out of. :p

Rye-in?
Last season several Spartans wound up in our net. So if you mentioned any forward's name it probably would have been legit.

Oh, yea, I forgot, you don't know Sparty history prior to 1997.... Kip > Ri-n

(I'll give you a hint, with all of the related Millers who have uglified East Lansing, you'd have almost 2 lines + a goalie)

You can't spend 10 minutes in Munn arena without knowing about the Millers.
Kip may be > Ryan, but
Total career saves by Ryan / Total career saves by Kip = !DIV BY ZERO ERROR
