They stopped haven't they? I hadn't noticed it recently.Alright, as long as we are airing our grievances about Munn here, I have long been tired of the 300 audio clip nonsense.
It's been resurfacing the ice at Munn for all non-game events, I believe. They stopped haven't they? I hadn't noticed it recently.
They gave up on the blimp too.
And what's the deal with the new Zamboni? Electric right? I saw it one game I think and never since. Is it out getting a paint job?
They had it out for one game. Why the change though? It's been resurfacing the ice at Munn for all non-game events, I believe.
Considering that Spartanvision accidentally flashed a "Zamboni Ride" graphic on the video boards during the Ferris State game a while back, I'd have to assume the new Zamboni will eventually be our new in-game ice resurfacer once a paint job is finalized and applied.
I think the FAA has revoked the blimp pilots' licenses. It had been suffering from significant control anomalies. Is the blimp still stuck in the rafters?
Ok... it's sort of like this young A. Allen. Sparty is like Santa Claus but on a much smaller scale. Santa has a lot of work to do there at the North Pole so he has thousands of helper Santas to take all the little kids' wishes. Sparty is the same way. The real Sparty has lots to do there at the East Pole so he has to have a helper Sparty here and there. Unfortunately, not all of the helper Sparty are as powerful. You'll know it's not a helper Sparty when you see the true powers (one armed push-ups for instance; on ice-skates nonetheless!).And, while we're at it: Why doesn't Sparty skate anymore?
Show off the new goods? I mean, I can't think of a better way for somebody to assert their superiority than to bring out a new Zamboni. They had it out for one game. Why the change though?
I do recall a couple Hindenberg-esque accidents this season. Well, without the massive hydrogen explosions and death.I think the FAA has revoked the blimp pilots' licenses. It had been suffering from significant control anomalies.
Hm. I would have thought it'd have something to do with that whole blow-up doll incident from a while back, but this explanation makes more sense.Ok... it's sort of like this young A. Allen. I would have posted this in the Alumni section of the board, but I see that MSU doesn't have a thread. A nice article about Ryan Miller and talks about his time playing juniors up in the Sault before going to Michigan State. Just in case anyone was interested in it... If not, then I return you to your debating about cheers & blimps.![]()

As much as I want to see a great weekend of MSU vs. UM hockey next weekend I really dont know if that's a match up I want this young squad to face in their first playoff experience. As a fan I will love it, but as a person with an understanding of hockey I am worried about it.
That is exactly how I feel. Will be very interesting to see how this team handles the week off then may face their biggest rivals and probably the most underachieving team in the ccha.
Exactly...we have not exactly played good hockey coming back from off-weeks. The GLI was our only performance that was up to par, but that was not exactly against talented opposition.
I'd be shocked if LSSU played even remotely competitive tonight. That entire Lakers team should be in a quarantine somewhere, not at a hockey rink.u of m ,osu, alaska, and uno all won their first games last night. Michigan here we come?
