Also it sounds like the momentum is there for a new lobby for the Volpe, which could solve a lot of issues with concessions and restrooms.

Changing the title from "Merrimack College" to "Merrimack University" would be a lame-o Realtor type euphamism.

So, not to beat a dead horse about MC's updated arena, but I knew I had seen a $3MM price tag out there, and it was re-confirmed this week in this article, about 1/2 way down...at least I know in my middle age, I haven't completely lost my mind.

Da Costa was there sitting in the stands with his parents. I saw him stand up to celebrate the MC goal, but did not see him walk around. Hopefully he will be back for the playoffs. I think the team can get through these next five games without him.

That's all about marketing yourself to international students. In most of the world a "College" is a high school. "University" is more prestigious. That's why Bryant changed from Bryant College to Bryant University. And seeing as international students pay full boat and don't get federal student loans or anything, it's an important market.

Bentley did the same thing... of course I'm sure DeVry did as well at some point ;) The school on the banks of Route 114 either way.

um, they "all" do?:confused: a little bit of a generalization , don't you think?:cool: anyway, kudos for last night. a sign of a team that knows how to win is one that does so even when they aren't playing their best. Mack got it done. tonight should be a piece of cake:)

All I'm saying is, I had a lot of friends from college who went to high schools that had "saint" in the name. That's all I'm saying is all.

Was very impressed with the depth shown by the underclassmen tonight.

I really don't want to play the huskies 2-3 times in the first round. It would be a great physical matchup for sure, but it's gonna take a lot out of whichever team would advance.

That's why I think it is key to get the 1st or 2nd seed. Avoid Maine and Northeastern for whoever finishes 1 and 2.

I agree...UMASS,PC or UVM is alot less intimidiating than a NU who has shown what they have in the last week and Maine who can play with anyone when they want to and get the play from their goaltenders
