Maine recruit Derek Arnold has a goal and 3 assists after 2 periods in the USHL tonight.
Oh, he is no longer a Maine recruit..... Maine's loss

Nope......while he did have 4 assists........he still has NO GOALS after 75 shots in 29 games!

ANY UPDATES/NEWS on if Matt McNeely has de-committed to Maine...? I know it was reported earlier he had de-comm. to Maine,just wondering if it was etched in stone and the reason why..? Thanks any INFO.

heisenberg still has him listed as headed to maine.. other than that, haven't seen anything other than what was reported earlier in this thread which hasn't been confirmed...

Hey.........we need guys that want to come to play for Maine !! A winning record will attract the players anyways. Kids want to play for a winner and get exposure.........

I hear you...players that want to be at Maine...but my question was did he really de-comm. to Maine or was that just idle talk...and if he did de-comm. WHY??? Just to know if he had second thoughts now or was it a Coaching descision.

I tried to get in contact with the media relations person with the NTDP with no luck this week.

It looks like Matt McNeely is now heading to Minnesota-Duluth according to the Heisenberg site.

It sure seems like there is some info. out there in recruit land that most Maine fans are not privy to. I wonder if TIMMAY is gone no matter how this team does this season........???

TIMMAY is in bed with Blake James so it's unlikely. It wouldn't surprise me to see an extension for TIMMAY.

We have 5 players still committed for the next two seasons. No defensemen and no goalies. If Ashley changes his mind Maine might have to look at the high schools in Maine to fill the roster.
