I have a feeling that if Shore is coming to Orono it will be next year. He is slated to be a late 2nd to 4th round draft pick in this years draft and should be an impact freshmen. Most likely to wait another year would be Brown. Also had heard that Morris was coming next year. All of this is second hand, or from quotes I have read from credible sources.

You're probably right. I have no inside info or anything beyond what Heisenberg lists, and that says 2012 or 2013.

It appears right now there is going to be some competition next year for the goal tending position. Sullivan is playing so well right now and Martin is pushing him. Depth at the goal tending position has been something Maine has lacked the last few years. With Morris coming in to the program this adds much more depth. I wonder if Maine will be able to keep all three?

No. Ouellette will be gone IMO.

I wonder if Marty will get a start on Sat. against Alabama Huntsville?

I can't imagine Marty stays if Morris comes next year, the kid was drafted by Columbus and is getting no game experience. You'd think his " adviser " would want him to get some game experience

Tim has to start Marty in one of this weekend's games. The three goalie system didn't work last year, so why would it work next year? I can't think of any reason Marty would remain for another year, other then to get his education.

Parker was kicked out of the game but never left, coming back out for the handshake. This never should have happened and he should be suspended, what are the chances of that with Boston Jackie?

I thought it was good sportsmanship to come out and shake hands anyway.

Yes, I would think that Martin gets a start this weekend. Maine was forced to utilize 3 goal tenders last year because Tim was searching for at least one of them to step up and be the stopper. Unfortunately, no one showed any consistency. That situation should not happen again at Maine in the forseeable future. BC is going through that very scenario right now. I would agree, if Sullivan continues to play with consistency, Martin is probably gone.

I got the indication from Whitby GM a few months ago that Shore would be in Orono next year if he decides the college route. I think a lot will depends on where hes drafted this summer on which route he takes (college or major junior).

Chit, he just got embarasssed and he got kicked out ofthe game. What else cud he do to try to save face. Sorry, but jackie is still a loser in my book.

Sure I think he was embareazzed. Getting swept in his own barn by timmay and then getting kicked out of the game . Why wudnt he be. I realize Jack the rippper has no heart or soul, but he cud still be inebriated , I mean azzhamed .
