Maine posts the schedule without having the approval of the President. Perhaps it's just me, but why post the schedule without first having approval to play the games?

Who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if he is extended at some point. The administration loves him.

I would wait until at least after the 21-22 season at this point given all the unknowns. I doubt things are back to normal next season and the last thing you want is to be without a head coach.

CDC says I shouldn't have Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends but they are going to play hockey with out of state teams ? Don't see hockey being played any time soon

Maine is ranked ninth in coach's preseason poll. BC, Umass Amherst, Providence and Umass Lowell ranked 1 through 4.

Sounds about right, but MC might have something to say regarding that.

Maine hockey is as "disappeared" as is Jimmy Hoffa.

And Red is still around? Makes zero sense.

So who the hell starts in net Friday Theissen or one of the freshmen?

Hope some of the new kids can score bc it doesnt look like theres a whole lot back up front

Guillaume Richard signs with Maine. Currently plays for the Tri City Force of the USHL. 6-2 180 lb. defenseman expected to play for Maine in the 21-22 season. According to some pundits he could be drafted in the 2-3 round of upcoming NHL draft.

The start is pushed back a weekend. My guess would be this has something to do with UVM cancelling their season. Disappointing but certainly could have been worse.

The men can travel to Connecticut next weekend, but UMass can't come here. Very strange. Must be circumstances we don't know about.
