With games starting this weekend, it's time to retire the off-season thread.
Will this year's team live up to the USCHO preseason #15 ranking and make the dance and be The Good? Will they be like last year's The Bad? Or will they completely tank, miss the Hockey East playoffs and be The Ugly?
As always: M-A-I-N-E Goooooo Blue!!
Back from the dead. Have to ask who is the awful play by play guy doing the game on radio? Where is Hannigan? I may have to get back in the radio business if this is what you have to listen too?
Disappointing? Yes. But there was one bright spot. Devin shore.Game over. Maine coughs up the lead late. 2 - 2 the final.
Joey gets the all-time penalty record
Was wondering about that.
(John Tortorella was no slouch in that department either, even back when they let a lot of stuff go that would earn you a DQ today.)
#51 looked like a New Man out there, one with Confidence...not fighting pucks...hopefully he Continues...so far not the results we want...but has given the team a chance to win. Still @ 2-9-1 ans that is SOUR.I wasn't at the game but how many leads has Maine given up in the last few minutes lately? They go into a Timmay shell and its guaranteed to produce results we don't want. Sounds like Marty has a full time job
