I liked this episode. Not sure why a killer like Ben is getting all this redemption, but... He's a bady that we root for somehow. Nice job by the writers there.
And look at Jack being all "Locke like." Nice journey there.

And casting Thornburgh from Die Hard as the slimmy principal is the "Good call of the day."
Was I the only one who thought Ben had taken the principal job at the end there? I thought that was a pretty nice twist, or maybe I was just too dense not to have seen it coming.
