Maine is going to get hammered by tariffs to Canada. First will be fuel, over 90% of all gas, diesel, heating oil, jet fuel comes from Irving Oil refinery in St John New Brunswick. It doesn't matter which gas station you go to, its coming from the same place. Instant 30 cent raise or maybe more. Irving also brings Propane into the state. Most of the propane comes thru Canada but originates in Texas or other parts. Shipped via railroad to Canada and then here. Next will be Natural gas as some of it comes from Sable Island off off coast of Nova Scotia. Electricity, some comes from New Brunswick especially in Northern Maine who no doubt voted for the leopard.
