Leopards Ate My Face! The Official Thread.

Maine is going to get hammered by tariffs to Canada. First will be fuel, over 90% of all gas, diesel, heating oil, jet fuel comes from Irving Oil refinery in St John New Brunswick. It doesn't matter which gas station you go to, its coming from the same place. Instant 30 cent raise or maybe more. Irving also brings Propane into the state. Most of the propane comes thru Canada but originates in Texas or other parts. Shipped via railroad to Canada and then here. Next will be Natural gas as some of it comes from Sable Island off off coast of Nova Scotia. Electricity, some comes from New Brunswick especially in Northern Maine who no doubt voted for the leopard.
Best part is Lobsters, Most of the Shedders are sent to New Brunswick for processing, whether fresh or frozen. I will guarantee that over 90% of Lobstermen voted for Trump,
 
Don't worry, Susie is quite concerned and already on the case.

I'm sure Donnie will learn his lesson this time.
 
Thing is, no matter how much damage these tariffs do to the economy, or how many Republicans go begging and pleading with him to back off cause he's killing their states, Donnie will never ease or rescind these tariffs.

Because Donnie is incapable of taking responsibility for anything, or admitting he was wrong about something. The more likely scenario is he doubles down hoping the other countries fold first.

And he doesn't care about the wreckage left behind. Doesn't affect him, Muskrat, or the rest of their billionaire pals.

Minnesota is going to get hurt a bit by the turkey tariffs. No idea what portion is sold domestically vs exported. But not ideal.
