I was stupidly reading comments from MAGA idiots on this funding being shut off at 5:00 today and they were all "why are you fear mongering? It's not as bad as you say. It will be turned back on in a few days." These people are so delusional!!

Handy - what's your recipe for the Greek Lemon potatoes?? Can you share?

My Greek SO loves these. Fairly easy to make too! The Leopards also enjoy eating them alongside the faces they dine on!

eta: I would use fresh squeezed lemon and zest the lemon if you have a zester because the flavor will knock your block off! I suck at cooking but I am trying to learn :)

At least I’ll have a front row seat to some of the misery, Alaska is so dependent on federal funding that it’ll be a miracle if the state doesn’t hit 50% unemployment in a month or two.
