If your best players hadn't gone pro, would your team beat BC?

Re: If your best players hadn't gone pro, would your team beat BC?

And it ain't "nearly" every program. BC has become the envy of every program, period. That's what three titles in five years and four in 11 does. It's been a long time since those stats were duplicated.

Hahahahahahahahaha!!

Is this dude serious?

Yeah, BC is on a nice run. Gophers went on a similar run under Brooks in the 1970's. Only difference is, Brooks didn't have to leave the country (and a few times didn't even leave the state) to do his recruiting. BC's accomplishments pale in comparison.

Sorry pal, we've got the arrogance bit copyrighted.

Plus York has yet to run into a tree. Until that happens BC fans shouldn't talk.

Wow, Your nice little run ended before disco did. Feels like yesterday though, right?

Jdubbs, did those last 7 WCHA national titles help the Gophers win on Thursday? Pretty hilarious you disagreed that BC has been running trains on the WCHA under York and then BC went and astroglided your goofers. "Garbage" right? WHOOPS!

Well BC has to go out of the country to find kids, while Minnesota loses honorably with local recruits like Haula

One thing MN has done that BC hasn't is win back-to-back titles.

So we've got that going for us, which is nice. :p

Come on, Steve. Haula would fit right in as a local - this state is filled with Scandinavians.

Wasn't done before Brooks did it, and hasn't been done since.

Queue the standard "no one cares" response, to which I'll reply with, you don't care because your favorite team is incapable of doing it.

Again, leave the arrogance to the professionals.

What part of Minnesota was Vanek from?

1974 championship team - All Americans
1976 championship team - All Minnesotans
1979 championship team - All Minnesotans

You "don't care" about this because your team has never been able to do it.

Either that or he's not a provincial ***wipe and cares about the fact his team wins titles and doesn't go beyond that.

I don't know anyone who groused about MN's '02 team winning with a North Dakotan or the '03 team winning with an Austrian. We were simply happy the team won the whole ****ing thing and enjoyed the moment like BC fans have been doing a lot lately. Only a true ****tard would give two ****s about the players' place of birth.

No, I legitamately cannot find a coherent point in that post.

I am not surprised. Legitimately (note the spelling - a bit of irony after you fixed all the grammar and spelling errors from a post and you couldn't spell buffoon but thought you fixed it... ahahahaha. Now I know why you don't think what someone else writes is in English. It's because you don't know the language very well).

Hey, we all have our reasons for being arrogant. **** right I'm provincial. I'm proud of my state's hockey culture and traditions. I don't apologize for them.
