Re: Huntington.Comm NU/BU 11/6
So, a question for the bu folk.
I have been going to games since 96 and sit in my current section since 2001. Around then I noticed an older couple, probably late 50s to early 60s who tend to come to Matthews when we play bu, or there is no bu game that night. The older gentlemen typically wears a sports coat, type you would see in a movie about college life in the 50s, what a profesor would be wearing, and the women wears a red beret, sometimes a scarf and loves to yell in a high pitched voice, Go buuu. He normally carries an umbrella.
Up until last season they typically sat upstairs in the corner all the way up top, section 50. They did not last season due to students being there, but I saw them walking upstairs to the other side of the arena.
I have also seen them at T's pub after games sitting at one of the bar tables.
What's their story? Parker's brother or sister? Long time fans? I highlight this because they seem to be part of the "bu hockey scene" if you will.
