If you can find any post of mine in which I stated that York complained about the officiating I will stop posting here now.
Apparently *reading* isn't a requirement to get into BC...thank GOD I went to NU.

Dear Lord. I will spell it out for you. He was probably asked about the refs/officiating (let me guess, you watched the press conference on TV) and rather than criticize them he said we took too many penalties. At least try removing your head from your ***.

Let me try this again. I wasn't accusing you of saying York complained about the officiating. I was pointing out that even if he wanted to, he doesn't do it through the media. Him saying we took too many penalties (the part you pointed out), doesn't prove anything.

IIRC now, Madigan stated in his press conference that Benedetto had told him ^that^...no one else seemed to have that problem. Our seats were directly behind that net and you could clearly see Agosta apologizing to DeSmith.

I also graduated decades ago but have so far managed to avoid Grumpy Old Man Syndrome. You may want to look up the word CIVILITY in your Funk & Wagnalls if you have any desire to be taken seriously. As matters stand, you've brought disrepute upon yourself, not to mention embarrassment to the university, the NU fanbase, and the very hockey program you claim to care so much about.
I also graduated decades ago but have so far managed to avoid Grumpy Old Man Syndrome. You may want to look up the word CIVILITY in your Funk & Wagnalls if you have any desire to be taken seriously. Agreed. I think the coaches were actually pretty generous putting us at #8. I think 10-11 is probably about right.

Wake up to the fact that it's not someone like me who fights the status quo who has done so...it's the passive and non attending fan base populated by, if not you, people like you who allow NU to be relegated to the backburner of not only Hockeyeast but Boston as well. The Valley Warriors garner more respect than NU.
Go to a BC or BU or Harvard game average age is over 30. Go to Matthews and the average age is under 25.
