Not a coin flip. I agree that both are skilled, but Frattin is noticably bigger, stronger, and is a much more physically dominating player.
Frattin has great lower body strength. His legs are like tree trunks. And he skates exceptionally fast for his size.
Andy Miele is an 18.6% shooter (not too far behind Frattin), has 24 goals (not a small number by any means), leads the nation in assists (which have a 1:1 ratio with a goal being scored), was second on Miami with +22 (Reilly Smith had +27) and also plays on the penalty kill unit. And don't even say that Frattin's defensive capabilities "set him apart from the other candidates". I wouldn't be surprised if you hadn't even watched Miami at all this year, given that Miami DOES have plenty of skilled two way forwards, Andy Miele being one of them.
