He had the classic pedigree of a player that would be so much better served by college. He was 6'0'' 175lbs. He needed time in the weight room and not on the ice. Glad he is owning it, but I feel badly for him. Kid doesn't make the World Jr team, gets bad advice from the Canadians, and now he is playing in a second tier league. Coulda, woulda, shoulda....
Players that leave Harvard early don't have a very good track record at the next level...
It's not just Harvard. I was always taught you finish what you start. I get that he can come back and finish down the road but he got bad advice from the Canadiens. Pro teams don't care about the individual. They care about wins and losses. Louis simply wasn't ready for the pro game after one season. All of us could see it.
