Harvard Crimson 2015-2016 - All things Bright and Beautiful

Re: Harvard Crimson 2015-2016 - All things Bright and Beautiful

You nailed it when you said they try at all costs to avoid conference rematches in first round.

CHN's article reinforces that, they clearly put avoiding first-round conference matchups at the top of the list, then attendance next as things fall into place by their actual rules (not like the fake rule that you put a team in their closest regional no matter what).

Re: Harvard Crimson 2015-2016 - All things Bright and Beautiful

Good luck this weekend Crimson. You are two wins away from Tampa. If RPI can defeat BC and Brown and Cornell can defeat PC, then you can defeat both of them ;) Simply decide that a loss against BC is not an acceptable outcome and get it done.

Good luck to the Crimson. And I hope you realize how difficult that was. :-)

So it looks like Malone is back. Sherman still likely out.

BC is one of most penalized teams in hockey so Harvard's PP must score 1-2 goals this evening. They likely will get some chances!

There won't be any Hockey East officials in the building tonight. Don't count on any ticky tack power plays. ;)
BC and Harvard each had 2 penalties against in the Beanpot. They were not HE officials. Big difference.

Yeah, even worse, they were ECAC officials.

Go Crimson! Beat BC! If RPI can do it, you certainly can ;)

Good luck Harvard! Beat Boston College!! Represent the ECAC Hockey League well!

End of 1st period thought: I wonder if there are any direct flights from Worcester to Nashville.

Clay Anderson is absolutely atrocious. Sat there swinging his stick on first goal and not taking body. On second goal, watches puck while BC poster sitting behind him for easy tip.

Would not be surprised to see him sit next year as a senior with the D we have coming in.

but he scored in the St Lawrence game ;)

Can Clay Anderson graduate too? He has been absolutely horrendous!

Would not be surprised if Harvard's top 3 d next year consist of;
Adam Fox, John Marino, Wiley Sherman, Victor Newell, Adam Baughmann, Jacob Olsen....with Dumbrovsky and finally Anderdon on the depth chart.

Good season! Too bad Vesey's dedication to program did not bear fruit. Yale won't miss him!

Re: Harvard Crimson 2015-2016 - All things Bright and Beautiful

Hoky did say BC got a favorable draw! Oh wait he meant harvard...

Anyway, good game and good season.
