When I am not coaching or trucking the boys from one sport to another my favorite activity is mountainbiking. Single track, deep woods stuff and I have about $2400 invested in my bike. It is a full suspension Cannondale, with disc brakes. Now you may think that is a lot of money but I put more miles a year on my bike that most people do on their motorcylces, ATV's, boats, snowmobiles etc.
wait, wait, wait....$2000 for a bike? Really? I missed that earlier. $2000! I paid that much for my Jeep! A real, 4x4 Jeep Wrangler, with a rebuilt engine and new clutch! That is insane, $2000 for a bicycle.
