How is this guy still enough of a thing to even get an audience?

After a brief google search about the subject- it's very questionable the legality of the declaration. And it would certainly set up an immediate conflict between Congress and the President, and the SCOTUS would decide.

Given that the court didn't go along with dumpy's demands to overturn the election, the only thing in the US that martial law could even pretend to be used for is the insurrection that dumpy set up. And now that it's passed for over a week, there's no level of government in the US that is not capable of running.

Where in the world do they come up with these ideas?

Fair to say anyone still on this train post 1/6 is truly in the cult and not just in it for the grift, no? Sidney Powell I guess wants to get one win, somewhere, anywhere. I guess I can see her sticking around. But the MyPillow guy?

Crazy Eyes makes fool of herself, admits her own role in the coup, attacking Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney for accusing her of leading the insurrectionists on tours of the Capitol building the day before the attack.

Only problem, Maloney never said who the member was he was talking about.

Someone's either really scared, or has a guilty conscience. I'm gonna go with really scared.
 
I do not understand why the My Pillow guy is a trusted advisor to the President of the United States. That's all he's left with? Also, his shirt is untucked in the back. What a slob.

If he declares Martial Law McConnell will reconvene the Senate. The Supreme Court and Congress will throw a fit and the chaos that would happen would be unmeasurable.

But hey, unity and healing!

Its neither. She just is that stupid. I believe she never finished HS (probably got her GED I would guess) and her claim to fame is running a bar while wearing a gun. She is the perfect example of the nimrods who love Trump.

Yeah the retired Colonel did too as I posted the other day. This is a friggin joke...Matt Gaetz probably had to pay bail when he got DUIs but attacking the capitol nada. They opened the door to the court like they opened the door to let them out of the Capitol.

Good thing their name was Muhammed they might actually have to worry about paying the price...

I hope no one here is still under some impression that any people of real power are going to be punished for their roles in the insurrection. What with them walking back their comments on some of the people already arrested, many being released ROR and the ever present possibility trump will just preemptively pardon them all so they won't need to make deals for lesser sentences do you REALLY think someone like Cruz or the gun-toting one from Colorado is going to face real consequences? I hate to say it, but to see real consequences you most likely would have needed a member of congress captured or killed.
