No, my question was in all seriousness. I saw that video somewhere else and the commentators were talking about those guys commandeering the scaffold and banging on McConnell’s window or something, but said nothing about replacing flags. That’s why I asked.
 
The cops sure do look like they are taking control. They were meaner to me when I was in DC on vacation and stood by the barriers at the WH taking pictures.

Cut a deal...they can make one objection but every Dem in both Houses and 1000 random citizens get to kick Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley in the balls.

A literal textbook example of felony murder in criminal law is when a bystander gets killed by police during the course of a crime (typically a bank robbery). The followup is when an accomplice gets killed by police.
