I've been a Hawks fan(late 70's) longer than a Badger fan(early 80's) and it isn't needed that a Badger be on the team, but it's really cool when there is one(or 3).

MN posters; since trash talking isn't going to work this year (and I'm not good at it anyway) what's wrong with the boys? While I enjoy seeing UM struggle, inquiring minds want to know your opinions.

You've got 20+ draftees. I've read the fire tDon thread and I understand the heat's on. The kids can't play together? tDon can't bring them together?

On the discussion of tv for tonight's game...the big 11 network on Charter as 5 alternate channels up in the 300's in addition to the regular channel, 73. Why doesn't the big 11 network show the game live on one of the 300 channels and then show it delayed on 73? :confused:

There's no way I can wait until 10 to watch the game and be "surprised". Hopefully 1310 WIBA will come in loud and clear on the radio. That's not always the case out here in the boonies of se WI. :confused: :mad:

If you can't get it over the air, as I believe they have a weak signal, it may be streamed on their site. Sometimes, games are not streamed and they put syndicated stuff on instead, but it's worth a try.

I'm about an hour away from Milwaukee, and 540 works about 50% of the time. It'd surprise me if they were allowed to stream online, but I'll definitely check it out. Thanks

Hey Tim, I live in Waterloo and I still have a VERY difficult time getting 1310 out here and I live just outside of Dane County. I HATE that 1310 turns their signal down soooooo much.

Here in Central Wisconsin I get the Badger hockey games in nice and clear courtesy of FM 99.9 WSAU. It is easily the last station I'd ever listen to when they're not broadcasting hockey, but boy am I glad they exist on Friday and Saturday nights when there is no TV coverage (which is just about every weekend for me).

To be honest I don't think anyone really knows. When it comes down to the actual on ice results, the team doesn't consistenly score (5 on 5 and PP), and while Kangas has been better than last year, he hasn't really stolen but a game or two this season which is something they have to have given their scoring problems. Whether it's poor recruiting, leadership, coaching, assistant coaching, injuries, chemistry, combination thereof? Your guess is probably as good as any of ours. :(

Should of played both of them there . . .more money to be made. In fact when I first saw that there were playing at Target Center vs. Wisconsin I did not know it was because of scheduling conflict and thought they were doing it because Target Center holds more people. Then they could of played Saturday as well.
