I just think we spend way too much time, effort, money, blood on the middle east (****ing everyone off in the process). Compared to the size, economic importance vs. effort of say India...way too much effort. If its a humanitarian issue, why are we not this concerned about Uganda and Nigeria? I know...I know, its all about the oil. At least that's only for about another 25 years or so until alternatives blow the model apart.

I know it isnt kosher to say this but Muslims actually do kill Jews all over the place including in Israel. Does that justify the crap Likud pulls...absolutely not but it does justify the reason people support Likud over the Liberal Parties in Israel. Jews are paranoid and scared because every couple decades some crackpot in the name of prosperity tries and liquidate them. Deal with that for 500 years or so and see if maybe you wouldn't be scared to and just a bit untrustworthy.

FYI I am not hyperventilating, you want to hear real anger talk to my father. The man is a true Dem and a bleeding heart and he wouldnt trust Obama on an Israeli Issue if Obama was in his synagogue and paying him to agree. My dad doesnt trust any politician or really any American when it comes to Israel. Me, I just think the Left needs to leave the Ivory Tower cause they are frauds who act elitist. At least the GOP is out front with their lies and hatred. (cause they arent smart enough to hide it)

Listen to your father. And keep track of the number of times you hear "sheenie," "kike" and "yid" at the next NAN gathering. You can always count on "interlopers" to try to interlope, particularly when it comes to selling diamonds.

Just read this while reading a review of a Nicholas Monsarrat Book. Referring to Sir William Dobbie who was stationed in Palestine in the 20's

The whole discussion was put to a Cornell sales guy whose goal is diversity under the guise of humanitarian efforts.

In the end, all I got out of this is that there are no strict blanket guidelines against students proposing speakers on campus. Now when Veritas actually succeeds in getting an ISIS representative on campus to speak...then we can bring out the guns on Cornell.
