I assume they actually rotate them through but on all honesty I wonder what percentage of the world's nuclear arsenals is functional? No more than 20% I'd guess. But that's enough for every monkey to go to heaven.
I’d say closer to 95% for the US. They decommission and “recycle” them from what I remember reading.
I heard that after .06 NoDak retargeted all of its ICBMs to 3M Mariucci.
I was surprised they didn’t launch.
