FYI: today is the 42nd anniversary of Stonewall. A day where we said enough of this shit and caused the cops to run and the state to pay attention.

If this anti-trans legislation continues, there will be another uprising that will make Stonewall look like nothing in comparison.
 
Also, I've been out in some form since 2002.

I've lived through the gay marriage hysterics, the push to end unfair employment and housing practices for us, bathroom bills, and more.

In all those cases, those opposed to equal access, rights, and privilege for the Alphabet promised an Earth-shattering kaboom if access was granted.

Well, it is 2021. Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an Earth-shattering kaboom.
 
Also, I don't know where else to put this.

Dave Chappelle was right. Us trans people have done nothing wrong, and we've existed for millennia, but there are so many of the older L/G/B that don't want to help and think we're hogging all their spotlight.
 
Biden Admin now makes it possible to self-identify gender on passports.

Whatever will the trolls do now, other than give angry reactions on social media comment sections?
 
How long until someone suggests the obvious: why are we even tracking this? What business is it of anybody's? What value is it?

If you want to be cisgender and heterosexual, that's fine, but it's a lifestyle choice. You probably shouldn't be around children, either. Businesses should be able to turn down your application based on that alone, and if they find out, they should be able to terminate you on the spoth
 
Before my augmentation, I was routinely asked if I would regret it. Told my back would hurt and it wasn't worth it.
Almost 8 months after, I think these things are SPECTACULAR.
 
It's also oddly affirming to have cishet men try to lecture me about stuff I just informed them of, things they had no prior knowledge or have done no research on.

Oddly affirming. Like they can't help themselves.
