Re: Gear Grinding Part 5: The Story of the Broken Tooth

Those tortilla chips at the bottom of the bag that got broken off and are no bigger than your fingernails. There is no use for them, especially when making nachos.

Re: Gear Grinding Part 5: The Story of the Broken Tooth

idiots who speed up when you pass them and then get all ****y about it, flashing their lights and **** and then rolling down their window to flip you off at the next light. **** trailer trash!

Re: Gear Grinding Part 5: The Story of the Broken Tooth

Yeah people like that suck, but why are you speeding/passng with the likelihood of having to stop at lights anyway?

It was out on the passing lane between Clinton and Saline, right by Harry's Furniture for those from the AA area. basically, out in the country, and the idiot road my bumper several miles all the way to Clinton, which, during non school time hours, is a one stoplight town.

That's why I tend to stay off of 12; it's obnoxious. They'll go 55 up until the passing lane, ramp it up to 70 so you can't get by, and then back down to 55. Just stupid.

Wave madly like you know them and haven't seen them in a while

Yep. this guy was doing just that. Just about had my rear bumper even with his front bumper when I came up on a Jeep in the left lane, the lane that I was in, that I needed to slow down. He kept going, wanting to get in over right behind that jeep and must have gotten mad about not letting him in behind the jeep.

They're great for taco salad, or if you have something like a chicken enchilada soup, they're great as a cracker replacement.

Boneless wings.....have you ever tried to debone a wing? Call it what it is.

Rewards cards.....just give me the low price right up front and stop with all the silly games.

Safety orange or green.....I understand in an industrial/construction jobsite situation, jogging, or riding a bike, but the kid changing the garbage bags in the lot of the local C store has to wear an orange vest? Since when do people pull into the lot or to the gas pump with their eyes closed?

Re: Gear Grinding Part 5: The Story of the Broken Tooth

People walking down the sidewalk or in the skyway system with their noses buried in their phones. I swear that the speed of skyway traffic has dropped dramatically ever since people decided that they needed to read emails while walking.

They make more money doing the rewards thing than just lowering the prices, that's why they do it.

As someone who has filled out a couple incident reports because a cart attendant got hit by a car WHILE WEARING AN ORANGE SAFETY VEST...people drive like morons in parking lots. Reflective vests help them be seen. Your very post proves that.

Lots of people seem to drive around like their brains have fallen out, but it's always worse in a parking lot.

Starting to think militant "All Organic, All the Time" people are worse than vegans. Today I was threatened with "THE TOXINS!" and "THE CANCER!" because I don't eat organic.

Re: Gear Grinding Part 5: The Story of the Broken Tooth

I saw that. Look. I grew up 40 miles from a *ing nuclear plant. When it comes to cancer, the food I eat is a little further down on my list of concerns.

That dihydrogen monoxide is a real *****, too.
