I wish I had used GMail's alias feature when signing up. username@gmail is the same as user.name, u.s.e.r.n.a.m.e, username+spam, username+junk, etc.
The one thing I'm trying to get better about is not having OCD to have no unread messages. Its been freeing allowing the promotions folder to grow and I don't give a shit. Every couple months I'll mark 'em all read.

Gaslighting is lying consistently and repeatedly.
Narcissist, once reserved for people with a personality disorder, is now a casual label thrown on anyone X has had a falling out with.
Intrusive thoughts don't mean "I should buy a doughnut." If my intrusive thoughts won, you'd hear about me instead of from me.

Specifically, it is lying with the intent to convince the other their memory (or reason) is faulty.
In the movie (highly recommend), Charles Boyer marries Ingrid Bergman (man, those would have been attractive children) because of a convoluted and in truth really dumb subplot. But the action is that Boyer wants to get Bergman committed as insane, so he fucks with her in various ways including fiddling with the gaslight level and then saying "baby, the light's the same as it always was, you feeling okay?"
In addition to the method and purpose, gaslighting also carries a connotation of shamming concern which is cover for malevolent intent.
97% of the time it is used in a social media post, it is used wrong.

August 2023 and November 2023, my brain told me that ramming my car front end first into a cement wall or trying to OD on sleep meds was a capital idea.
