Yesterday I am at work, and I answer the phone.
A man is screeching that Planet Fitness is "letting homeless stinky people get day passes and use rhe showers and it's all over Facebook!" I said I would mention it to a supervisor.
I didn't mention it to a supervisor. In many cases, I am where complaints go to die.

Also, a few weeks ago, my Planet Fitness got all new cardio equipment as well as additional plate loaded strength equipment.
We already have people complaining about the new cardio machines. Meanwhile, the old treadmills were squeaking, the belts were slipping, and electronic displays were faltering.
What exactly were we supposed to do? Dress in drag and do the hula?
