It has been argued that genocide requires a specific intent to completely destroy and remove a population, which some contend is absent in Israel's observed goal of dismantling Hamas rather than harming Palestinian civilians. (yeah, I know)
Other observers have also claimed that Israel at times has provided humanitarian efforts, provided evacuation warnings, and facilitated the entry of food and aid into Gaza.
Now imho that is bullshit and deflects from the atrocities Israel has perpetrated. You will never, ever see me argue on behalf of Israel in any way, shape or form.
What they are is doing is evil, inhumane, disgusting, etc., etc., America should publicly condemn their actions, accuse them at the very least of having committed war crimes, demand they cease and leave Gaza, and we should end funding Israel immediately.
But how do we advance globally solving this, and how do we avoid election pitfalls from arguing what it is called?
